One Secret Mission (OSM) is a photo discovery platform for free. We (One Secret Mission, LLC) operate the OSM website at onesecretmission.com (the “Site”) and all related websites, software, mobile apps, and other services that we provide (together, the “Service”) with the goal of celebrating and enabling contributors and fostering creativity in our community. Your use of the Service, and our provision of the Service to you, constitutes an agreement by you and OSM to be bound by the terms and conditions in these Terms of Service.

OSM makes no representations or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source or content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. OSM disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. We reserve the right to modify, update or change any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. We will not notify you here that it has been updated, although, there will be an updated date provided to notify you when our last update was.

2. Eligibility

The Service is designed for use by people who are at least 13 years old. If you are not yet 13, then you can’t use the Service. If you are 13 or older, you promise to us that you have never been suspended from the Service, and promise that your use of the Service won’t break any laws or regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other kind of entity, you represent to us that you have authority to bind the organization to these Terms on its behalf.

3. License to Photos

One of the best features of the Service permits you to search, view, and download photographs that have been uploaded by (OSM) users (“Photos”). All photos published on One Secret Mission are free to use under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International

4. User Content

YOU OWN ALL OF YOUR USER CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY PHOTOS THAT YOU UPLOAD TO THE SITE.

At a High Level. The Service lets you upload and post your Photos, as well as written text, images, web links, and other content (“User Content”). Any User Content that you make available on the Service will belong to you or your licensors. We will not claim any ownership in your User Content–it is completely, 100%, yours.
Limited License to Us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to host, store, transfer, display, adapt, perform, reproduce, modify, translate, and distribute your User Content (in whole or in part) in any media formats and through any media channels (now known or hereafter developed). You understand that we will not pay you for any use of your Photos and that your Photos will be made available to the public for their use without providing you attribution or compensation.
Authority. When you upload Photos to the Service, in addition to the license that you grant us to post the Photos publicly and permit other OSM users to download and use them, you also authorize us under your copyrights to enforce any violations of the sublicenses we grant in the Photos to others. .

5. ALL SALES from online store are FINAL

In the event that a OSM product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, OSM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Osm reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, OSM shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price or online store credit for a different item.

OSM is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that all shipping addresses provided are confirmed correct. Tracking information is provided once order is fulfilled and label is printed. Ensure delivery by checking tracking information provided.
